What if I don’t know the part name?
That’s exactly what we’re here for. Describe the piece and where it goes—for example, ‘the clear bin on the refrigerator door.’ Include the appliance brand and model number if you have them.
Do you carry my brand or model?
We take requests for all appliance brands and models. Tell us what you have, and we’ll check the warehouse for a match. Availability is confirmed with your quote.
When do I pay?
After we locate the part and you approve the quote. We’ll confirm the part, its condition, the price, and shipping details before you decide. Sending a request does not place an order.
Are the parts new or used?
We source both new and used appliance parts. Condition depends on the individual part, and we’ll confirm it with you before payment.
How does shipping work?
Once your part is confirmed and paid for, we prepare it for shipment. Shipping cost and the expected timeline are confirmed with your quote.
